What's your mission as a Odoo Project Manager
we believe that the right technology can turn any project into a success story. As an Odoo Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of making this happen. Your mission? To lead, manage, and successfully deliver Odoo implementation projects, ensuring that every client receives a solution that exceeds their expectations. With your expert understanding of Odoo and project management, you’ll guide clients through the entire journey—from the initial consultation to the final implementation.
What’s in store for you?
You’ll manage multiple, exciting Odoo implementation projects (around 4–6 at a time), taking full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering them on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients and Araka consultant, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their goals are met through a customized Odoo solution. Your role is critical in shaping our clients' experiences, ensuring seamless communication between our teams and clients, and guaranteeing that the final product is everything they hoped for and more.
Your day-to-day?
- Project Planning & Strategy: You’ll develop project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Client Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you’ll manage expectations, facilitate communication, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: You’ll lead internal teams, including developers, consultants, and trainers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed and deliver exceptional results.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Every project brings its own challenges. You’ll handle issues as they arise, troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control: You’ll oversee the testing phase, ensuring the final solution meets all client specifications and operational standards.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Once the project is delivered, you’ll ensure the client is trained and equipped to use their new system confidently.
